2024: A co-captain… Preseason All-Patriot League… Patriot League Preseason Offensive Player of the Year… NFHCA Division I Watchlist… Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 2 and Oct. 28… All-Patriot League First Team… All-Patriot League Tournament Team… 2024 Patriot League Tournament MVP… NFHCA DI All-Mideast Region First Team… NFHCA DI Senior Team… Lafayette’s first ever NFHCA First Team All-American… competed and started in all 21 games… totaled 27 points on 10 goals and seven assists… took 55 shots (28 on goal)… secured four game-winning goals against Delaware, Quinnipiac, Temple and Towson.

2023: Saw game action and started in all 19 contests... led the program with 11 goals and 20 assists for 32 points... took 66 shots (38 on goal)... tallied six game-winners... sevred as a co-captain with Ralph... selected to the 2023 Preseason All-Patriot League team... named the Patriot League's Offensive Player of the Week on Aug. 28 and Oct. 16... an honoree on the NFHCA's Division I Watchlist... selected to the All-Patriot League First Team and the Patriot League All-Tournament Team... listed as a 2023 NFHCA Division I All-Mideast Region athlete... honored as a 2023 NFHCA All-American (Second Team)... a recipient of the Patriot League Fall 2023 Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Named to the 2022 Patriot League Preseason All-League Team... an All-Patriot League First Team selection... named to the 2022 NFHCA Division I Watchlist... an NFHCA Division I Second Team All-Mideast Region honoree... a 2022 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad selection... played and started in all 18 games... totaled 15 points on four goals and seven assists... took 32 shots with 23 on goal... made one defensive save at Drexel on Oct. 7.

2021: Totaled 16 points on seven goals (two overtime game-winners against Yale and Brown) and four assists for 18 points... earned 2021-22 Patriot League Fall Academic Honor Roll status... a selection to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2021 Division I National Academic Squad... a first-team NFHCA All-Mideast Region honoree.. 2021 Patriot League Rookie of the Year... First-Team All-Patriot League... Patriot League's Rookie of the Week on Oct. 11 and Nov. 1.

High School: Played field hockey and tennis, patrolling the midfield and central defense...won a Dutch Championship in 2016...served as team captain in 2015-16, 2017-18 and 2020-21...led her team to second and third place finishes the the Dutch Indoor Championship in 2019 and 2020...earned honors throughout her academic career...played on the club circuit for Gooische and also trained with the Pre-National B Team.

Personal: Daughter of WHM Kok and Marcel Spaans...has a younger sister, Annelotte, a younger brother, Severyn, and an older brother Diederick...born Dec. 31, 2003.
