Eliza Sykes is in her first year as Lafayette's Athletic Office Cooridnator.
Sykes joined Lafayette after serving as a business administrator at Amorphic Tech. While in her role, Sykes fulfilled duties that included coordinating schedules, managing communications, optimizing workflows and directing project management initiatives.
Prior to Amorphic Tech, Sykes was a sports director at Lehigh Valley Sports Turf. As a sports director, Sykes directed sports programming and scheduling, as well as coordinating field management and overseeing that facilities met safety standards.
Sykes also served as a recreation manager at Forks Township, where she served to help programs meet community needs, overseeing recreation programs and supervising all staff and volunteers.
A native of Easton, Pa., Sykes earned her bachelor of science in sport management and business administration from Slippery Rock in May 2017.
