Kelly Gonzalez is in her first season as the director of football operations.
Previously, she served as a head operations specialist for Monmouth football for four seasons while working towards her degree. While working for the Hawks, Gonzalez was responsible for coordinating team travel, managing recruiting visits and ensuring communication between the coaching staff and athletic trainers.
Gonzalez joins the Leopards after graduating with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management. While an undergrad, she also served as an athletics intern for her alma mater, creating marketing materials and supervising events.
