Ryan Luke begins his fifth season on College Hill as the Recruiting Coordinator/Hitting Coach in 2026.
In 2025, Luke coached a Lafayette offense that included All-Patriot League Easton Brenner, Ethan Swidler, Alex Barrist and Michael Zarrillo.
In 2023, Luke was part of a Leopards team that advanced to the Patriot League Tournament. Luke mentored a Lafayette offense that included All-Patriot League First-Team performers Pete Ciuffreda and Michael Zarrillo.
Luke comes from Franklin and Marshall College, where he spent 6 years as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator. As a member of the Diplomats coaching staff under four-time Centennial Conference Coach of the Year Ryan Horning, Luke helped develop Dan Marano and J.J. Freeman, who were both selected as Centennial Conference Player of the Year. Luke also helped mentor Jonathan Cole and Kyle Roche, who were named Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Year in 2018 and 2021, respectively. During the 2022 season, Luke's offense at F&M broke single season school records for 3B, HR, XBH, TB, and SLG%, while producing six All-Conference hitters, two of which earned All-Region honors.
Luke began his collegiate coaching career on College Hill serving as Lafayette's director of baseball operations for the 2016 season.Â
Luke played collegiate baseball in the Lehigh Valley at Moravian University, where he was a three-year captain and a two-time First Team All-Landmark Conference selection and a two-time All-Region selection, while also holding several top 10 marks in the Greyhound's record book.
A native of Stewartsville, NJ, Luke competed scholasticaly at Phillipsburg High School.Luke earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Moravian in 2015. Luke is married to his wife, Jill and the couple has a son, Decker, and four dogs.
