Lafayette College Athletics

Taylor Young is in her first year as Lafayette's Assistant Director of Athletic Operations and Marketing. She assists with team travel, special events, game day operations and marketing efforts.

A native of Oak Ridge, N.J., Young graduated from Rutgers in 2023 with a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology. She went on to earn her master's degree in Sports Management from Texas A&M in 2024. 

While working towards her degrees, Young served in a number of roles. She worked as a special events assistant with Texas A&M athletics in 2024. She also served as an event and game operations intern with the New York Jets for three seasons. As an undergrad at Rutgers, Young worked as a facilities, events and operations intern. Shortly after graduation, she took on a baseball operations summer internship with USA Baseball.
