Hired in March of 2025, Theo Franks is in his first year as an Offensive Quality Control Coach.
On game days, Franks is responsible for charting offensive play calls, identifying defensive schemes and coverages and assisting with situational strategies. His duties during the week leading up games include studying the opponent for the week and help in guiding practices, including team drills.Â
Prior to Lafayette, Franks served as an Offensive Quality Control Analyst at George W. Hewlett High School, where he analyzed offensive plays calls to identify formations and offensive tendencies. While working for the team, Franks improved game planning and play calling.
