Tiffany Nish is in her 17th year as part of Lafayette's Sports Medicine team. She has served as an associate athletic trainer for seven years, and her primary sport responsibilities are men's lacrosse and fencing. 

As an associate athletic trainer, Nish is the concussion coordinator, managing the rehabilitation and return to play progressions for all athletes recovering from concussions. She also specializes in shoulder rehabilitation, as her graduate thesis was on post surgical shoulder rehabilitation techniques.

Prior to her promotion to associate athletic trainer, Nish worked with the Leopard football team, men's soccer and women's basketball teams and was the clinical coordinator for ESU athletic training interns. She managed the Lafayette work study students, organizing learning sessions and coordinating schedules for Lafayette work study students and ESU interns to provide them with varied clinical experiences.
 
Nish earned her bachelor of science degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Athletic Training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her master of science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky. While obtaining her graduate degree, she was a graduate assistant at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
 
Tiffany, her husband of nine years, Tim, and sons Jameson (10), Jordan (9) and Jacob (6) reside in Palmer.
