ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Lafayette men's tennis (9-5, 1-1) suffered its first Patriot League defeat of the season, as Navy handed the Leopards a 7-0 loss today.

Lafayette's Ryan Collins (Whitehouse Station, N.J./Hunterdon) battled at #5 singles, but dropped the first set 6-4, and then the match with a tough 7-6 (5) loss in the second set. It was his first singles loss of the season.

Dan Seward (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) just missed in the first set, falling 7-5 and then Midshipman Joe McCauley put Seward away in the second, 6-4.
