BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - Josh Snyder caught 11 passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns to lead unbeaten Lehigh past Lafayette 41-6 on Saturday.
The Leopards lose on the road despite outgaining their rivals in total yards, 427-382.
The victory completes a perfect season for the Mountain Hawks (10-0, 7-0 Patriot League).
Jermaine Pugh also scored twice, once on an 85-yard punt return with 3:02 left in the third period. Pugh ran in the Mountain Hawks' first TD, a four-yard gain at 5:16 of the first period that capped a 38-yard drive.
Snyder and Brant Hall connected twice for TDs, on a 17-yard pass at 11:40 of the second quarter and on a 41-yard pass from Hall at 13:42 that made it 28-6.
Martin Brecht produced all the scoring for Lafayette (2-8, 1-6), starting with a 27-yard field goal in the first quarter that put the Leopards out in front. Seconds before the half, he added a career-long 42-yard field goal to make it 14-6.
Marko Glavic threw for 304 yards, completing 25 of a school-record 55 passes to raise his season yardage total to 2,460 -- third best in Lafayette history. He led five drives inside the Lehigh 25-yard line, but the Leopards managed just two field goals against a stingy Mountain Hawk defense.
