Lafayette College football fans have a reason to tune in to tonight's preseason game between the defending NFC champion New York Giants and the visiting Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jim Goff, the 6-4, 293-pound Lafayette graduate who made the Giants' practice squad and accompanied the squad to the Super Bowl last season, is now the second-team right guard.

"Last year, I didn't get to play in the preseason because of a shoulder injury," Goff said during a telephone interview Wednesday from Giants training camp at Albany University in Albany, N.Y.
