Lafayette Head Coach Frank Tavani
On the game in general: "Our offense needs to do a better job right off the bat and not put our defense in a hole. We can't continue to dig ourselves holes like we have. Our defense is playing hard but just can't be put in that situation."
On the no-huddle offense used late in the first half and almost the entire second half: "This is a good offense and we're just not clicking on all cylinders yet. I thought the no-huddle worked well at the end of the first half. It made sense to put them on their heels as much as we could."
On Princeton: "That's a good football team. It's pretty clear now why Princeton was ranked so high in the preseason Ivy League polls."
