EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) -Jeremiah O'Neill shot a two day total of 141 to finish +1 and claim second spot overall in the Bucknell Invitational held Friday and Saturday at the Bucknell University Golf Course in Lewisberg, Pa.

O'Neill shot a 72 the first day and a 69 the second to lead the Leopards.

Paul Burke shot a 150 to finish +10 in a four-way tie for eleventh. Michael Aarts finished 11 over with a 151 in a six-way tie for fifteenth. Also scoring for the Leopards was Brad Rock, who finished 13 over with a two day score of 153 and Garett Copp who finished with a two-day score of 165.

Lafayette was second behind only the hosting Bison of Bucknell. Loyola College, Robert Morris, and Lehigh rounded out the top five. The only other Patriot League team besides Lafayette, Lehigh and Bucknell was Colgate, who finished eighteenth overall.

The team will be back in action on Tuesday, Sept. 23 when they host a Quad-Match at Northampton Country Club.
