ALLENTOWN, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - Garett Copp led Lafayette with a 79 as the Leopards placed third in the 2005 Lehigh Valley Cup, hosted by Muhlenberg at the Lehigh Country Club on Wednesday afternoon.

Lehigh won the team championship with a five-man score of 397. Moravian was second at 404, Lafayette checked in with a 408 and Muhlenberg posted a 427 on the 6,574-yard, par-70 course.

Jeremiah O'Neill, Brandon Mitchel and Tom Palmer all shot 82 for the Leopards, and Billy Simmermacher rounded out the top five with an 83.

Alan Borowsky had the low score of the day with a 76 for the Mountain Hawks.
