STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (www.lafayette.edu) - Mary Kate Erdman made five saves in goal as Lafayette played to its second scoreless tie in four matches on Saturday afternoon at Wagner.
Lafayette (1-4-3) held an 11-7 advantage in shots, including 7-2 in the first half, but were unable to slip a goal past Leslie Reed, who had seven saves.
Wagner earned its first tie of the season, to go with six losses.
Lauren Hinkel registered five shots from her midfield spot. Caroline Tuttle, Lafayette's leading scorer with three goals, was credited with three shots.
Each team had a corner kick in overtime, and Reed made the game's only save in the extra session.
The Leopards will host Fordham on Monday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at the Metzgar Fields Athletic Complex.
