BROOKLYN, N.Y. (www.lafayette.edu) - The Lafayette women's volleyball team continued its winning ways, downing St. Francis (N.Y.) Wednesday night in Brooklyn to extend its winning streak to three.

The Leopards took the match in three sets by scores of 30-12, 30-29, 30-14. Lafayette capitalized on a St. Francis service error in the second game and held on for a dramatic win that highlighted the night.
Lafayette improved to 3-1 with the win, while the Terriers fell to 0-1.
Up next for the Leopards will be the Lafayette College Invitational Sept. 9-10 at Kirby Sports Center. Participants include Fairleigh Dickinson, Sacred Heart, Quinnipiac and Hartford. Admission is free, and play begins at 10 a.m. both Friday and Saturday.
