Lafayette fell into an early 2-0 hole in the second set but went ahead 3-2 on a kill from Kayly Elmer and never looked back en route to the 11-point margin of victory.
The Leopards never fell behind the third and final set, clinching the match on a kill from Katrina Racibarskas, who finished the night with nine kills.
Lafayette has now recorded six straight seasons of double-digit wins under head coach Terri Dadio Campbell.
