Easton, Pa. - The Lafayette softball program will be holding an alumni game on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 12 p.m. The event will take place at the softball field at the Metzgar Fields Athletic Campus on Sullivan Trail in Forks Township.

Refreshments will follow the alumni game. The 2010 softball team will also be at the event, giving alumni a chance to meet the current squad as well as first year head coach Jaime Wallin and assistant coach Erika Campbell.

The Leopards are coming off another successful season in 2009, having advanced to the Patriot League championship series for the second consecutive year. Lafayette added five freshmen to the team this fall and also welcomes back reigning Patriot League Player of the Year Christina Giambrone.
