EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette Director of Athletics Bruce McCutcheon has announced Jaime Wallin has resigned as head coach of the softball program. Wallin has accepted a head coaching position at the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

A national search for her replacement will begin immediately.

Wallin leaves College Hill after one season, following a year in which the Leopards went 15-33. The Leopards advanced to the Patriot League Tournament in four of the previous five seasons and return 12 letterwinners for the 2011 campaign.
