Leopards Take Seventh at Bucknell Invite

LEWISBERG, Pa. - The Lafayette golf team finished tied for seventh in the Bucknell Fall Invitational over the weekend with a score of 904. The Leopards were led by Erik Adolfsson who shot a 220 (71-71-78) at the par-70 Bucknell Golf Course.

Bucknell took the top spot (888) with Robert Morris (889) and Fordham (894) coming in at second and third place. Robert Morris's C.G. Mercatoris took the top spot finishing one over par (211) on the 6,257-yard course.

Carter Rufe finished shooting 227 (75-74-78) with Clay Solomon (80-75-75=230), Dave Kafafian (76-81-75=232) and Tyler Ostrovsky (77-79-78=234) rounding out the group.

The Leopard men are back in action on Thursday when they take part in the Monmouth Quad Match at the Deal Golf Course in Long Branch, N.J.
