The Lafayette golf team competed at the Peacock Invitational on Tuesday and took first place with a score of 308 on the 7069-yard course. Senior Tyler Ostrovsky took top honors finishing one over par for the day.

Cody Sumpter placed in a tie for second shooting 75 while Erik Adolfsson carded a 76 for a tie in sixth place.

Clay Soloman (84) and Andrew Carlins (87) finished tied for 41st and 51st, respectively.

The Leopards prepare for the Patriot League Championships held at Navy this weekend. Last season, Lafayette took home the trophy placing first at the championships.
