Not a story but a fun fact. The words "rivalry" and "rivals" go back to the Latin word "rivus," which means "river." "Rivals" are people who live on and use the same river. With Easton and neighboring Bethlehem both on the Lehigh River, Lafayette College and Lehigh University are and will always remain true "rivals!" Go Leopards!
