First-year student-athletes will receive information via email from their respective coaches regarding the incoming medical process. Forms are to be completed by July 15. Please click on the "First Year Student-Athlete To-Do List" link below for instructions and links to complete the process. The process includes two parts: a Bailey Health Center component including form completion with a physical at home and a Sports Medicine component that includes completion of forms.
