Lafayette Athletics Caravan Set for April 25-27

2018 Lafayette Athletics Caravan Registration:

April 25 -- Lehigh Valley (6 p.m. - Lafayette vs. Penn State - Coca-Cola Park - Allentown, Pa)

April 26 -- Washington, D.C. (6 p.m. - Cooley LLP - Washington, D.C.)

April 27 -- Philadelphia (6 p.m. - The Radnor Hotel - Philadelphia, Pa.)

The Lafayette College Maroon Club is presenting the 2018 Lafayette Athletics Caravan with stops in the Lehigh Valley, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia on April 25-27. Sherryta Freeman, the Leopards' new director of athletics, will be a featured guest at each of the caravan stops along with several head coaches.

The caravan begins in the Lehigh Valley on Wednesday, April 25 with a meet and greet at 6 p.m. in the club level lounge area. The event precedes the Lafayette baseball team hosting Penn State at Coca-Cola Park, with first pitch scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Many members of Lafayette's athletic department will be in attendance.

The second stop on the caravan is Washington, D.C. on Thursday, April 26. Hosted by Michael Basile '80 at Cooley LLP, this event will be panel style starting at 6 p.m. Lafayette coaches on the panel will include Head Women's Basketball Coach Kia Damon, Head Field Hockey Coach Jennifer Stone, Head Football Coach John Garrett and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach Jarren Dyson.

The caravan's third and final stop is Philadelphia on Friday, April 27 at The Radnor Hotel starting at 6 p.m. Lafayette coaches on the panel include Damon, Garrett, Stone and Director of Basketball Operations Andrew Radomicki.
