LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Lafayette College men's soccer kicked off its spring 2021 campaign with a 1-0 win over Bucknell courtesy of an early second half goal from senior forward Martin Ssessanga.
The Leopards fired off 16 shots, including a team-high three shots from sophomore forward Hale Lombard. After the team took seven shots and forced one save in the first half, Ssessanga found the breakthrough in the 53rd minute with a curler from the left side of the box for his third career goal.

Nine different Leopards registered a shot and the team finished with four shots on goal. Senior defender Andrew Venezia, junior forward Marcos Kitromilides, freshman midfielder Carter Houlihan, sophomore forward Jon Ford and Ssessanga each had two shots.
