Easton, Pa. – Women's tennis defeated Fairfield for the second time in program history, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon at Lafayette's Leopard Courts. Lafayette first bested the Stags on the road, 5-1, on March 4, 2006.
"We earned another big win for the women's squad this season and a big win for Lafayette tennis overall – the first time we beat Fairfield since I've been here on College Hill," said head coach
Ralph Van Ormer. "
Alexandra Waldman claimed the game clinching match. Their hard work over spring break really paid off!"
