Easton, Pa. – Women's tennis defeated Fairfield for the second time in program history, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon at Lafayette's Leopard Courts. Lafayette first bested the Stags on the road, 5-1, on March 4, 2006.

"We earned another big win for the women's squad this season and a big win for Lafayette tennis overall – the first time we beat Fairfield since I've been here on College Hill," said head coach Ralph Van Ormer. "Alexandra Waldman claimed the game clinching match. Their hard work over spring break really paid off!"
