Women’s Hoops Drops 2025-26 Non-Conference Schedule

12-game slate features contests against Villanova, Pittsburgh and Rutgers

EASTON, Pa. – Basketball season is right around the corner and Lafayette women's basketball have released its non-conference schedule for the 2025-26 season.

"Our goal in building this non-conference schedule was to test ourselves against a wide range of offensive and defensive styles," head coach Kia Damon-Olson said. "I'm confident this slate will challenge us, push our growth and have us ready for Patriot League competition."

The campaign begins with a trip to Philadelphia, Pa. on Nov. 3 when the Leopards take on Villanova for the first time since the 2013 season. Three days later (Nov. 6), Lafayette travels to Rider before it opens its home slate on Nov. 9 against Le Moyne on Kirby Sports Center's newly-refurbished hardwood playing surface.

November's hefty slate continues on Nov. 13 as the Maroon and white host St. Peter's, followed by a road trip to Loretto, Pa. for a matchup against St. Francis on Nov. 16. The final three games of the month all take place on the road. Lafayette faces Wagner on Nov. 20 before shifting gears for a mid-week game (Nov. 25) against ACC foe Pittsburgh. The Maroon and White's latest trip to Pittsburgh (2021) resulted in a 72-63 loss, but three Leopards scored in double figures in their season opener. The program then ventures to NJIT (Nov. 30) to conclude the month.

The last contest of Lafayette's five-game road swing takes place in Hackensack, N.J. on Dec. 4 against FDU. The Leopards host Marist on Dec. 7 for their final home game of 2025, before concluding the calendar year at Rutgers (Dec. 20).
