Marisa Powell and
Kylee Sweet secured spots on the 13-player All-Patriot League Tournament Team announced on Saturday.
Sweet, who was an All-Patriot League Second-Team selection in 2026, hit for a .429 average during two Patriot League Tournament games with a home run and a pair of RBI. For the season, Sweet led the team with a .353 batting and a .545 slugging percentage while starting every game at first base.
Her classmate, Powell, appeared in each of the Patriot League Tournament games. She tossed 5.1 innings, allowing two earned runs. In the entirety of the season, Powell made 17 appearances and led the team with 41 strikeouts while holding opponents to a team-best .271 batting average.
In 2026, Lafayette posted its most wins since 2009 and made the program's first Patriot League Tournament appearance since 2012.
