EASTON, Pa. – Senior
Catherine Apker has been named as the Patriot League Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week on Monday afternoon.
Apker secured her first Goalkeeper of the Week honor of the 2026 season after being selected two times in 2025. Apker started in goal for the Leopards and played the full 90 minutes in Lafayette's 1-0 win at American on Saturday. The Mathematics and Economics major recorded five saves against the Eagles, along with earning the 17
th shutout of her career.
The Homer, N.Y. native has amassed four shutouts this season, which is first in the Patriot League, along with a .792 save percentage which also leads the conference. Apker ranks second in the league in GAA (1.00) and is third in the league in saves (55).
The Maroon and White will return to Easton hosting Bucknell on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. match.
