2017: Selected as team captain...started all 11 games at center...one of three offensive linemen to start every game...recipient of the Leopard Award as a leader of the team.

2016: One of the most versatile performers on the offensive line, starting six games (four at right tackle and two at right guard) while playing in all 11 contests...one of two winners of the team's Unsung Hero Award...named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll with a 3.4 GPA.

2015: Played in 10 games, starting three at left guard before moving to center for two more starts.

2014: Did not see any game action as a rookie.

AT NEW CANAAN: Tabbed to the All-Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference First Team...named All-State Second Team...Hearst Newspapers Super 33 selection while also garnering Norwalk Hour All-Area honors...three-year starter who helped his squad post a 34-6 record in three seasons...helped team to a 14-1 record (school record for wins) and a Connecticut Class L state title...played basketball (center) and lacrosse (defense) for one season...threw shot put for two years...wrestled at 285 pounds for one season, going 6-1...Honor Roll student...co-President of the Service League of Boys...served as a volunteer firefighter.

PERSONAL: Son of Susan and Michael Donnelly...has two older sisters, Maggie and Colleen...one of two players in class of 2018 from New Canaan, joining Michael Root...serves as a volunteer firefighter during his Lafayette career...born 9/23/96.
