AT CARROLLWOOD DAY: National Honor Society member who played quarterback, wide receiver, linebacker and safety...served as team captain his junior and senior seasons...earned all-conference honors in four seasons and All-District First-Team laurels as a utility player in his senior year...completed 74-of-144 passes for 1,466 yards and 17 touchdowns at quarterback...racked up 1,973 yards of total offense, averaging 197 per game...four-year member of the track and field team and a district qualifier in three seasons...school recordholder in 800m (2:10)...bench presses 325 pounds...named Carrollwood Day’s Prep Patriot Awardwinner, given out to the student-athlete of the year...member of the Spanish Honor Society...participated in a National Youth leadership forum regarding national security...helped run youth football camps as a sophomore...volunteers at the Children’s Cancer Center, his church’s food bank, Metropolitan Ministry and as a teacher’s aide...also played soccer for one season.
