Biography

2019: Recorded a 4.57 ERA and a 4-20 record...pitched in 27 appearances, with 23 of those being starts...pitched the most innings out of all pitchers this season with 150...had a .250 overall batting average with four hits in 16 at bats...recorded a 1.000 batting average with two hits in two at bats against George Washington (2/24)...struck out a career-high 11 batters in a game against La Salle (4/3)...ranks seventh in school history in career strikeouts with 150...ranks ninth in school history for pitching games started with 58.

2018: Pitched in 30 games with 14 starts, posting a 0-15 record with a 7.92 ERA...was second on the team in innings pitched (86.2)...hit for a .190 average 15 hits in 79 at bats...belted three doubles, a triple and two home runs while driving in 10 runs...smashed a three-run home run to cap an eight-run fifth inning in a 13-4 win over Brown (3/18)...drove in a pair of runs in vs. Siena (3/16), plating one with her first career triple...had a solid outing in the circle vs. Youngstown State (3/24) in the second week of the season, striking out four while throwing all seven innings in a 4-3 final...held Brown (3/17) to one run over four innings in the George Washington Buff and Blue Challenge...allowed just one earned run in three innings in a 6-5 decision at Army (5/5)...one of 13 Lafayette softball student-athletes named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2017: Pitched in 18 games with 11 starts, posting a 3-9 record with a 5.81 ERA...was third on the team in innings pitched (56.2)...hit for a .200 average with three hits, including a double, in 15 at bats...earned the team's first win of the season, allowing one run on five hits in a 3-2 win decision vs. Morgan State (3/5)...allowed one hit in 1.1 innings to collect the win over St. Peter's (3/28)...tossed a complete game in a 3-2 win over Rider (4/30)...one of 13 Lafayette softball student-athletes named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2016: Led the team with four wins in her rookie campaign...finished with a 4-8 record and a 4.92 ERA over 64 innings of work...started 12 of the 15 games in which she pitched...had second best strikeout to walk ratio on team at 1.4 (22/16)... earned first career win with a three-hit performance vs. Wagner (3/19)...also registered victories over Howard (3/22), La Salle (4/6) and in the series finale vs. Holy Cross (4/10) in which she gave up one hit in three innings of relief.

High School: Four-year starter on the softball team...managed a 6-11 record in the circle in 2014...hit for a .444 average with four home runs and 12 RBI and a .617 slugging percentage...named Suburban Council All-Star as a junior in 2014 while securing honorable mention honors as a sophomore...team captain in 2015 season when she hit for a .481 average with 19 RBI and five homers while managing 56 strikeouts as a pitcher...National Honor Society member who earned the NYSPHSAA Academic Achievement Award for three years...served as Future Business Leaders of America president...volunteers at Quest for Grace Foundation...member of Key Club and Youth Court at Niskayuna.

Personal: Daughter of Brian and Debbie Gordon, has an older brother, Aaron, who played basketball at Union College (N.Y.)...born on March 29, 1997.
