Biography

General: Serving as team captain in 2012. 2011: Started all 45 games in which she played, mostly at leftfield...hit for a .315 average with four RBI and four doubles...had 11 multiple hit game and an on base percentage of .349 and .343 slugging percentage...lead-off single helped guide the Leopards to a 2-0 win over Army (4/18)...had two lead-off singles in the 9-2 win over St. Peters (4/20)...had a team high 18-game hitting streak and also added a nine-game streak later in the season. 2010: Started 46 games, mostly at shortstop...hit for a .180 average with four RBI and one home run...had five multiple-hit games...led the team in runs scored (21)...singled in two runs as part of a five-run fourth inning in win over Hartford (3/16)...drove in a run in a win over Hartford (3/19)... went 2-for-4 in a 2-1 win over Wagner (3/24)...went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases against Iona (4/1)...went 2-for-4 at St. Peter[apos]s (4/13)...went 2-for-3 with a home run at Penn (4/14)...was 2-for-5 with a triple and run scored in third game of series at Holy Cross (4/25). 2009: Started all 46 games between second base and left field...hit four triples to tie for sixth on Lafayette[apos]s single season record list...led team in stolen bases (6-for-9)...registered first career hit against James Madison (3/7)...clocked hits in six of Lafayette[apos]s eight contests at the Rebel Spring Games (3/16-3/20)...doubled against St. Peter[apos]s (3/20) to bring home game-tying run...scored runs in five consecutive games, starting with Wisconsin-Green Bay (3/19)...went 2-for-4 with one RBI and scored in first conference game versus Army (3/27)...tallied season-high five putouts against Drexel (4/1)...first career triple highlighted .429 clip in Bucknell series (4/4-4/5)...went 3-for-4 and drove in team[apos]s only run in second game at Lehigh (4/11)... started a seven-game hitting streak in game two of Colgate series (4/25-4/26)...named Patriot League Rookie of the Week (5/4) after capping a 7-for-15 (.467) clip with a season-high 4-for-4 outing with a career-high three runs against Fairleigh Dickinson (4/30)...went 2-for-4 with two doubles and scored game-winning run against Colgate (5/8) to send Lafayette to Patriot League Tournament semifinals. High School: Boasted a .521 career batting average while serving as a two-year captain...lead her team to back-to-back state championship appearances claiming the title in 2006...received First-Team All District and All-Region honors...Named District and Region Player of the Year as a Senior...a Virginia First-Team All-State selection at shortstop in 2008...also a two-year letter winner for the basketball team...served as Senior Class President and Class Salutatorian.
