Siemek comes to College Hill after spending three years as a Director of Baseball Operations with the National Club Baseball Association in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
As Director of Operations, he oversaw over a hundred teams each year, handling their scheduling, playoffs, team development, and other day to day operations for the teams.
Siemek attended the University of South Carolina where he was a player and coach for the club baseball team from 2013-2017. His primary duties with the team were organizing practice schedules, on-campus recruiting, planning travel, and coaching the infielders.
While attending South Carolina, he also worked as the Director of Operations for the Baltimore Redbirds, a collegiate college summer baseball team. With the Redbirds, Siemek handled all day-to-day operations of the team, including practice schedule, travel, equipment, statistics and team personnel.
He graduated from South Carolina with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management and a minor in Business Administration.
