Lafayette College Athletics

2023: Served as a team captain…played in six games, making the first three starts of the season at wide receiver…missed large portion of the season due to injury…made three grabs on the season for 25 total yards.

2022: Played in 10 games with a pair of starts at wide receiver...finished the season with nine catches for 120 yards and two touchdowns...made at least one grab in five games...snared two passes for 19 yards and a TD vs. No. 6 Holy Cross (10/22)...made three catches for 52 yards (both season highs) and a touchdown at Colgate (11/5)...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.35 semester GPA.

2021 Fall: Played in five games...returned three kicks for 69 yards with a long of 30 yards against Fordham (10/2)...managed kick returns of 21 yards vs. Bucknell (10/9) and 25 yards at Harvard (10/16). 

AT VIRGINIA TECH: Played one season at wide receiver in Blacksburg, Va. 

AT WEST CATHOLIC: All-Catholic League First-Team wide receiver and second-team defensive back...picked up All-Eastern Pennsylvania First Team and All-City honors at wide receiver and All-State Second Team status at safety...compiled 40 receptions for 756 yards and 11 total touchdowns...accumulated 68 tackles (45 solo) and seven interceptions, while also holding down returner duties.

PERSONAL: Son of Carl Smith Sr. and Toria Smith…has older sisters Talaya, Taneya, Tanira, Jewel and Faith, an older brother, Carneilieus and a younger brother, Carlton...Faith ran track at Kentucky and Jewel ran track at Maryland...born 2/15/02.
