Matt Seiferth is in the midst of his first season as the offensive quality control assistant on John Troxell's staff.
Prior to Lafayette, Seiferth worked as a student coaching assistant at his alma mater Shippensburg University for two years. He served as a signal-caller for defensive players, helped lead drills in practice, managed and streamlined film of practice and games and aided staff in the recruiting process.
The Lewisberry, Pa. native earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg in 2022. He conducted independent research for his honors capstone project, “Coaching for Change,” to show how sports coaches effectively create healthy and successful cultures.
