Theo Franks is in his second season on College Hill, parlaying his role as an offensive quality control coach in 2025 to an increased role as director of quality control, assistant recruiting coordinator and assistant special teams coordinator.
Prior to Lafayette, Franks served as an Offensive Quality Control Analyst at George W. Hewlett High School, where he analyzed offensive plays calls to identify formations and offensive tendencies. While working for the team, Franks improved game planning and play calling.
Franks earned his bachelor's degree in sport management in 2024 before securing his master's degree in global sports business in 2025 while also serving as a club sports graduate intern.
