Biography

2024: Saw action in all 12 games, making a start at cornerback vs. Monmouth (9/7)…set a career high in tackles with 14, four of which came against Sacred Heart (10/19)...collected his first TFL against Sacred Heart...forced a fumble against Holy Cross (10/26)...selected as one of 54 Leopard players who earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll laurels after achieving a 3.35 GPA.

2023: Played in nine games, earning starts vs. Fordham (11/11) and Delaware (11/25)…made nine tackles on the season, with at least one in five games…registered a pass breakup at Georgetown (10/28).

2022: Played in three games (Bucknell, Princeton and Holy Cross), seeing time at wide receiver and on special teams...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.23 semester GPA.

AT NORTH PENN: Secured All-Suburban One League National Conference Second Team Defense honors as a senior and sophomore...earned The Reporter/Times Herald Montgomery Media 2021 All-Area Football Team second-team honors as a senior, helping guide the team to a Suburban One League National Conference title and a berth in the district playoffs.

Personal: Son of Jermaine Edwards and Donay Southerland…cousin, Shamar Edwards, played football at West Chester…born 8/19/03.
