2023: Started all 12 games at center…instrumental in helping Jamar Curtis set a Lafayette single-season rushing record and finish second in the nation in rushing.

2022: Made the move to center...started first three games of the season before sustaining a season-ending injury...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.33 semester GPA.

2021 Fall: Played in the last four games of the season after coming off a preseason injury...started the final four games of the season at right guard.

2021 Spring: Played in all three games for the Leopards, seeing significant time at left guard.

AT NOTRE DAME: Enrolled at Notre Dame in January 2019…did not play in any games during his freshman season.

AT ST. JOSEPH:  Earned All NJ.com All-Non-Public First-Team honors in 2018 while also garnering News Tribune All-Greater Middlesex Conference laurels…played offensive guard and tackle and defensive end and tackle in high school...ranked as the No. 180 overall player nationally, No. 19 offensive tackle nationally and No. 4 player from New Jersey by 247Sports.com…ranked as a No. 246 overall player nationally, No. 26 offensive tackle nationally and No. 5 player from New Jersey by ESPN.com…tabbed as the No. 111 overall player nationally, No. 16 offensive tackle nationally and No. 3 player from New Jersey by Rivals.com
 
Personal: Son of John and Pat Olmstead...father played college football at Pace and mother played college basketball at Baruch...has four older sisters: Cathrine who played basketball at Centenary, Meghan who played lacrosse at UC Davis, Lauren, and Kristen who played lacrosse at Monmouth...high school teammate of Brian Reilly '23...born 4/10/00.
