2021 Fall: Played in the final three games of the season, making at tackle at Holy Cross (11/6)...saw time primarily on special teams.

2021 Spring: Did not play in any games as a rookie...one of 38 Leopard selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after achieving a 3.23 semester GPA.

AT COLONIAL FORGE: Garnered All-State First-Team, All-Region and All-District honors at linebacker and All-District Second-Team honors at running back in 2019...also selected to the All-Northern Virginia First Team at linebacker...led the team with 125 tackles (31 solo and 84 assists) and 16 tackles for loss while adding an interception for a touchdown in 2019...part of four district championship teams which also secured three regional championships and made three appearances in the state semifinals...academic honor roll selection.

Personal: Son of Edward and Sherolyn Kauthen…has an older brother, Liam, who plays linebacker at VMI…born 5/1/02.
