AT VENICE: Versatile player who led team to a Class 8A state championship in 2021…finished season with 14 catches for 851 yards and 11 touchdowns to go along with 37 carries for 192 yards and eight rushing touchdowns…averaged 26.0 yards per kick return and 6.2 yards per punt return as a senior…caught eight passes for 78 yards and a touchdown and carried nine times for 26 yards in state title win over Apopka…accumulated 640 receiving yards with five touchdowns as a junior at Riverview High School when he was named team MVP…also competed in track and field.

Personal:  Son of Michael Hayes and Christy Wilson…has an older brother, Michael, who is a sophomore on the Lafayette football team, a younger brother, Micah, and a younger sister, Almira…mother played tennis at Mississippi Valley State.
