Lafayette College Athletics

2023: Saw action in seven games, mainly seeing time at defensive back and on special teams…made 11 stops on the season, including four at both Duke (9/9) and Holy Cross (10/21).

2022: Saw action in nine of the Leopards' 11 games, primarily on special teams...finished the season with four tackles, one each in the Bucknell, Princeton, Georgetown and Lehigh games...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.68 semester GPA.

2021 Fall: Did not play in any games.

2021 Spring: Did not play in any games...one of 38 Leopard selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after achieving a 3.6 semester GPA. 

AT HILTON HEAD PREP: Named the SCISA Regional Player of the Year in 2018 and the First Team All-Region quarterback in 2019…earned All-State honors in 2018 and 2019 from the South Carolina High School Sports Report…selected as an SCISA North-South Game All-Star…racked up 7,426 all-purpose yards in 31 games while scoring 69 touchdowns…completed 356-of-547 for 5,100 yards and 48 passing touchdowns…carried 246 times for 2,227 yards and 21 touchdowns…led team to a regional championship in 2019…served as a team captain for his final two seasons…scored a touchdown in every football game in which he played over the past 12 years…two-sport athlete who also played basketball on the 2016, 2017, 2018 regional championship teams and the 2019 state champion…earned All-State laurels in basketball…graduate of the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership Program…volunteered with Relay for Life, as a youth sports official and several other local events and causes.
 
Personal: Son of Mark and Nanette McDonald…has an older sister, Madeleine…father was a quarterback at Syracuse where he was a team captain in 1991…comes from same high school as DeAndre’ Morrow ’10…born 12/21/01.
