Lafayette College Athletics

2023: Played in all 12 games, making two starts at defensive back…made 27 stops for 0.5 TFL…had interceptions against Sacred Heart (9/2) and Delaware (11/25)…managed five tackles against Fordham (11/11) and No. 11 Delaware (11/25).

2022: Played in all 11 games with one start, seeing time in the defensive backfield and on special teams...finished the season with 17 tackles, 15 of which were unassisted while making at least one stop in nine games...made a season-high four tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss against Georgetown (10/29)...earned first start of his career at cornerback in a rivalry win over Lehigh (11/19)...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.57 semester GPA.

NORTH GWINNETT: Played two seasons of varsity football, averaging 3.3 tackles per game as a senior…two-time scholar-athlete award winner.

Personal: Son of Deishay Smallwood and Felicia Thornton…has an older sister, Quaneisha…born 1/11/04.
