Biography

2024: Appeared in all 12 games, starting in 11 of them…racked up 19 tackles and 1.5 TFLs…registered six games with at least two tackles...selected as one of 54 Leopard players who earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll laurels after achieving a 3.35 GPA.

2023: Played in 12 games, making 11 starts at nose tackle…selected for the team's Dave Nelson Award of Valor following the season...registered 25 stops over the season for 1.0 TFL, including a career-high six tackles against Monmouth (9/23)…made two or more tackles in eight games…selected as one of 51 Leopard players to earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll distinction after achieving a 3.83 GPA.

2022: Played in six games...made a season-high three tackles vs. William and Mary (9/17).

2021 Fall: Played in two games during his rookie season, but was limited by a shoulder injury.

AT UNION: Two-year varsity starter who totaled 75 tackles and 12 sacks…led team in sacks as a junior, helping lead his team to a state title in 2019…two-time Big Central Football All-Conference First Team honoree…two-year letterwinner who served as a team captain in his senior year.

Personal: Son of Tim Cannon and Patricia Kennedy…has an older brother, Jimir…uncle, Derrick Cannon, played football at Minnesota and Iowa…born 2/15/03.
