Biography

2024: Saw action in one game, playing against Marist (9/14)...selected as one of 54 Leopard players who earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll laurels after achieving a 3.23 GPA.

2023: Played in nine games, seeing time at defensive back…made three tackles on the season and had a pass breakup at Georgetown (10/28)…selected as one of 51 Leopard players who earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll distinction after achieving a 3.6 GPA.

2022: Played in one game as a rookie, seeing time in a rivalry win over Lehigh (11/19)...one of 46 Lafayette selections to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after securing a 3.5 semester GPA.

AT ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL: All-state and all-county selection who played defensive back and outside linebacker in four varsity seasons…led state in punt returns as a junior…finished career with 100-plus tackles, five sacks, 13 pass breakups and four fumble recoveries…part of a team that won 2019 state title while playing out of the Big North Super Conference…three-sport athlete with track and wrestling…honor roll student who was inducted into the National Honor Society in 2021…volunteered as a mentor working with at-risk youth alongside former NFL players.

Personal: Son of Clarence and Leslie Watkins…has a family legacy of collegiate athletes most notably cousin of NFL Hall of Famer, Marion Motley...born 10/14/02.
