AT NOTRE DAME: All-state honoree, helping lead his squad to a Colonial Valley Conference title...finished senior season with 12 sacks to earn all-county and all-conference honors...team captain who played three varsity seasons at defensive end, tight end and outside linebacker...outstanding wrestler who was a state qualifier and a district champion, racking up a 35-2 record along with all-county and all-district honors...played midfield on the lacrosse team, earning all-county honors...scored 20 goals his sophomore season...completed more than 300 hours of community service, also serving as a Kairos facilitator.

Personal: Son of Joe and Meg Renda…has an older brother, Jake, who played football at Pitt and is now at UCLA, and a sister Sammy...born 9/12/06.
