Casey Conwell is in his second season as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Leopards. As Director of Basketball Operations, Conwell is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the men's basketball program, including tape exchange, video operations, team travel, and other duties as assigned. Conwell oversees four undergraduate student managers and is a coach for Lafayette's Elite Summer Camp and a co-commissioner for the Lafayette Boys' Summer Day Camp.

Prior to his arrival at Lafayette, Conwell spent a short stint at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. as an assistant coach where he was a player personnel assistant, opponent scouting assistant and responsible for both video and team travel.

Conwell also has experience as a graduate assistant at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. during the 2012-13 season, working as an equipment manager assistant, game operations assistant and visiting team liaison while finishing his Master's degree in Education with a concentration in Sport Management.

The Cary, N.C. native currently resides in Easton.
