Conor Dow enters his third season on College Hill as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Leopards.
As Director of Basketball Operations, Dow is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the men’s basketball program, including tape exchange, video operations, team travel, and other duties as assigned. Dow oversees four undergraduate student managers and is a coach for Lafayette’s Elite Summer Camp and a co-commissioner for the Lafayette Boys’ Summer Day Camp.
Prior to his arrival at Lafayette, Dow spent the summer as the Director of Basketball Operations at the Mplex, a facility used for AAU clinics. His duties included piloting tryouts, scheduling and marketing for the Boston Bobcats AAU program and running open gyms and skill clinics and workouts.
A 2015 graduate of Clark University, he worked for his alma mater as a scout/recruiter during his senior year, attending showcase events and numerous games to help recruit potential student-athletes.
