2025: Played in 15 games and started the final eight games of the season on defense…caused 10 turnovers and scooped up 25 ground balls…scored first career goal in a 15-4 road win at Le Moyne (2/22)…one of 31 members selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Andrew Matarese: A four-sport athlete at Middlesex, Matarese earned varsity letters in lacrosse (5) football (1) track and field (2) and basketball (3)...the defenseman is a three-time All-ISL selection, a two-time All-DCL honoree and Bos All-American...named a USA Lacrosse Academic All-American...selected as Middlesex's Valedictorian...played his club lacrosse with the Top Gun Fighting Clams.
Personal: Son to Eileen and Frank Matarese...has two older sisters, Sela and Ava.
