Bieda 2021

Scott Bieda

Bieda enters his sixth season on College Hill in 2022 following a stellar four-year playing career at Rutgers. The Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year in 2016, he was a First-Team All-Big Ten selection in 2015 and 2016 and was named to the All-Tournament Team three times during his career.

Off the field, Bieda exemplified the student-athlete role as a Dean's List honoree in 2014 and a member of the National Honors Society. Additionally, he was an Academic All-Big Ten selection all four years of his collegiate career.

Since graduation, Bieda also entered the professional ranks as an attacker for the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse. In 2017, he scored seven goals and added 15 assists for 22 points on the year, good enough for a tie for fifth on the team.

In his fourth season on head coach Patrick Myers' staff, Bieda oversees the Leopards' offensive unit and helped Peter Lehman earn Patriot League Rookie of the Year honors in 2021.
