Biography

2019: Appeared in 13 games, starting in 10 his senior season...recorded one assist and two shots. 

2018: Started 15 games, playing in 16 in his junior season...tallied two shots...eclipsed the 1,000 minutes played mark.

2017: Played in 18 games in 2017, starting all 18 contests…tied for fourth on the team in goals (1)…recorded three shots, with all three being on goal…tallied his lone marker in a 2-1 victory over Colgate.

2016: Started in 13 of his 14 games played as a freshman defender...tallied an assist in the 1-0 win at Bucknell (10/5).

At Paramus Catholic: Played four years of varsity soccer, with three as a starter at defense and midfield…scored three goals and tallied 16 career assists…named team captain his final two seasons and was a two-time First-Team All-League selection…also was a three-year participant in track and field as a mid-distance/sprints performer, earning Second-Team All-League honors…plays club soccer for World Class Soccer Club…member of the National Honor Society, the International Honor Society and the Aquinas Scholars Program.

Personal: Son of Nilsa Tavarez-Gomera and Bernardo Gomera…has an older sister, Camile…born on Aug. 21, 1998.
